3. Visit us in-person during Open Enrollment. Open Enrollment is every Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM at 2403 Professional Drive, Suite 101, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Clients are enrolled in the order in which they arrive by one of our Intake Counselors.

The HUD-VASH program, a joint initiative by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Program, aims to help homeless Veterans secure and maintain permanent housing. This is achieved by utilizing HUD's housing voucher program to make housing more affordable, while also offering supportive services through the VA, including healthcare, mental health treatment, and substance use counseling. As of the conclusion of Fiscal Year 2018, 78,234 Veterans were housed with the assistance of a HUD-VASH voucher.
